Momenge allows users to exchange messages, calls, and media. To ensure the safety and integrity of our platform:
Zero-Tolerance Policy:We prohibit any content that is offensive, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit.
User Agreements:All users must agree to our End User License Agreement (EULA), which makes it clear that objectionable content and abusive behavior are not tolerated.
Content Filtering:We employ automated systems to detect and block inappropriate content to the extent technically feasible.
User Reporting:Users can flag objectionable content or behavior directly within the app.
Blocking Tools:Users can block other users who are behaving inappropriately.
Switch Action:We review all reports and take action—including removal of content and/or account suspension—within 24 hours.
Camera and Microphone Access :
Momenge requests access to your camera and microphone for the following purposes:
Camera:To let users capture and send photos or videos, and to update their profile picture.
Microphone:To allow users to make voice and video calls, and to record and send voice messages.
This access is only used while you are actively engaging with these features, and no audio or video is recorded or stored unless you explicitly share it.
